1. Feeding system

2. Heating system
Including filter, blower, heater, inlet air temperature sensor
The forced draft fan will heat the natural air to 100 ℃ after passing through the primary air filter, dry air pretreatment, steam heat exchanger and high temperature high efficiency filter, and then enter the hot air distributor,
The inlet air temperature sensor shows the temperature of the air heating.
The heater system adopts steam heat exchange and flow proportional control valve.
3. Atomization system
Including atomizing tower, forced distributor, vibrating hammer, outlet air temperature sensor, pressure sensor in tower,
The hot air is sent into the forced distributor and comes out through the air equalizing plate of the atomizing tower. Fully contact with hot air and dry quickly.
The pressure sensor reacts the pressure inside the tower and reflects the comprehensive parameters of the atomization system. The vibrating hammer can knock down the materials on the wall of the cone barrel by means of pulse. The outlet temperature sensor reflects the temperature of hot air of the dried material and carrier medium.
Pressure sensor: the internal pressure of the reaction tower. If the pressure is lower than the set value, the system will alarm and display the sealing of detection pipeline and perspective door. When the pressure is higher than the set value, please check the bag blockage.
Rapping hammer: vibrate the inner wall of the cone barrel of the atomizing tower to vibrate the materials on the inner wall of the cone barrel to the bottom of the tower.

4. Material collection system
Including bag filter, bag pulse rapper, differential pressure gauge, cyclone pressure separation powder conveyor.
Differential pressure gauge: it is clamped at both ends of bag dedusting to detect whether the bag is congested. When the differential pressure gauge value is greater than the set value, it will alarm and prompt to replace the bag
Spray tower to remove impurities in tail gas.

3. There are differential pressure gauges at both ends of the bag filter. When the pressure difference is greater than the set value, the system will alarm and remind to clean the bag.
4. The dew point meter and temperature sensor are built in the bag filter. When the dew point meter value is greater than the bag dust removal temperature or higher than the warning value, it will remind to reduce the feed quantity.
5. A pressure gauge is set in the tower. When the pressure in the tower is in the state of micro negative pressure, when the pressure in the tower is greater than the set value, it will alarm and remind the system that it is not sealed.
6. In order to effectively clean the materials, the system has built-in air hammer, straight cylinder air hammer, cone barrel air hammer, cyclone air hammer, bag straight cylinder air hammer and bag cone barrel air hammer. The air hammer sets the pulse time.
